Muhammad Ali's advice to his daughters...

The following incident took place when Muhammad Ali's daughters arrived at his home wearing clothes that were not modest. Here is the story as told by one of his daughters:

When we finally arrived, the chauffeur escorted my younger sister, Laila, and me up to my father's suite. As usual, he was hiding behind the door waiting to scare us. We exchanged many hugs and kisses as we could possibly give in one day.

My father took a good look at us. Then he sat me down on his lap and said something that I will never forget. He looked me straight in the eyes and said, "Hana, everything that God made valuable in the world is covered and hard to get to. Where do you find diamonds? Deep down in the ground, covered and protected. Where do you find pearls? Deep down at the bottom of the ocean, covered up and protected in a beautiful shell. Where do you find gold? Way down in the mine, covered over with layers and layers of rock. You've got to work hard to get to them."

" In the name of Allah, the beneficent, the merciful...

For 40 years, or was it longer, I can't remember, I did all I could to give people houses, hospitals, schools, and when

they were hungry, I gave them food. I even made Benghazi into farmland from the desert, I stood up to attacks from that cowboy Reagan, when he killed my adopted orphaned daughter, he was trying to kill me, instead he killed that poor innocent child. Then I helped my brothers and sisters from Africa with money for the African Union.

I did all I could to help people understand the concept of real democracy, where people's committees ran our country. But that was never enough, as some told me, even people who had 10 room homes, new suits and furniture, were never satisfied, as selfish as they were they wanted more. They told Americans and other visitors, that they needed "democracy" and "freedom" never realizing it was a cut throat system, where the biggest dog eats the rest, but they were enchanted with those words, never realizing that in America, there was no free medicine, no free hospitals, no free housing, no free education and no free food, except when people had to beg or go to long lines to get soup.

No, no matter what I did, it was never enough for some, but for others, they knew I was the son of Gamal Abdel Nasser, the only true Arab and Muslim leader we've had since Salah-al-Deen, when he claimed the Suez Canal for his people, as I claimed Libya, for my people, it was his footsteps I tried to follow, to keep my people free from colonial domination - from thieves who would steal from us.

Now, I am under attack by the biggest force in military history, my little African son, Obama wants to kill me, to take away the freedom of our country, to take away our free housing, our free medicine, our free education, our free food, and replace it with American style thievery, called "capitalism," but all of us in the Third World know what that means, it means corporations run the countries, run the world, and the people suffer. So, there is no alternative for me, I must make my stand, and if Allah wishes, I shall die by following His path, the path that has made our country rich with farmland, with food and health, and even allowed us to help our African and Arab brothers and sisters to work here with us, in the Libyan Jamahiriya.

I do not wish to die, but if it comes to that, to save this land, my people, all the thousands who are all my children, then so be it.

Let this testament be my voice to the world, that I stood up to crusader attacks of NATO, stood up to cruelty, stood up to betrayal, stood up to the West and its colonialist ambitions, and that I stood with my African brothers, my true Arab and Muslim brothers, as a beacon of light. When others were building castles, I lived in a modest house, and in a tent. I never forgot my youth in Sirte, I did not spend our national treasury foolishly, and like Salah-al-Deen, our great Muslim leader, who rescued Jerusalem for Islam, I took little for myself...

In the West, some have called me "mad", "crazy", but they know the truth yet continue to lie, they know that our land is independent and free, not in the colonial grip, that my vision, my path, is, and has been clear and for my people and that I will fight to my last breath to keep us free, may Allah almighty help us to remain faithful and free. "

The Story (2) - Wealth, Love and Success

                                     


A woman came out of her house and saw three old men with long white beards sitting in her front yard. She did not recognize them. She said "I don't think I know you, but you must be hungry. Please come in

and have something to eat."

"Is the man of the house home?", they asked.

"No", she replied. "He's out."

"Then we cannot come in", they replied.

In the evening when her husband came home, she told him what had happened.

"Go tell them I am home and invite them in!"

The woman went out and invited the men in.

"We do not go into a House together," they replied.

"Why is that?" she asked.

One of the old men explained: "His name is Wealth," he said pointing to one of his friends, and said pointing to another one, "He is Success, and I am Love." Then he added, "Now go in and discuss with your husband which one of us you want in your home?"

The woman went in and told her husband what was said. Her husband was overjoyed. "How nice!", he said. "Since that is the case, let us invite Wealth. Let him come and fill our home with wealth!"

His wife disagreed. "My dear, why don't we invite Success?"

Their daughter-in-law was listening from the other corner of the house. She jumped in with her own suggestion: "Would it not be better to invite Love? Our home will then be filled with love!"

"Let us heed our daughter-in-law's advice," said the husband to his wife.

"Go out and invite Love to be our guest."

The woman went out and asked the three old men, "Which one of you is Love? Please come in and be our guest."

Love got up and started walking toward the house. The other two old men also got up and followed him. Surprised, the lady asked Wealth and Success: "I only invited Love, Why are you coming in?"

The old men replied together: "If you had invited Wealth or Success, the other two of us would've stayed out, but since you invited Love, wherever He goes, we go with him. Wherever there is Love, there is also Wealth and Success!!!"

Inshallah let us fill OUR homes with LOVE first.

The Story (1) - Unfolding the rose

A young, new ustadh (teacher) was walking with an older, more seasoned ustadh (teacher) in the garden one day. Feeling a bit insecure about what Allah had for him to do, he was asking the older ustadh for some advice. The older ustadh walked up to a rosebush and handed the young ustadh a rosebud and told him to open it without tearing off any petals. The young ustadh looked in disbelief at the older ustadh and was trying to figure out what a rosebud could possibly have to do with his wanting to know the will of Allah for his life and ministry.

But because of his great respect for the older ustadh, he proceeded to try to unfold the rose, while keeping every petal intact... It wasn't long before he realized how impossible this was to do. Noticing the younger ustadh's inability to unfold the rosebud without tearing it, the older ustadh began to recite the following poem...

It is only a tiny rosebud,a flower of Allah's design;but I cannot unfold the petals with these clumsy hands of mine.

The secret of unfolding flowers is not known to such as I. ALLAH opens this flower so sweetly,Then in my hands they die.

If I cannot unfold a rosebud, this flower of Allah's design, then how can I have the wisdom to unfold this life of mine?

So I'll trust in Allah for leading each moment of my day. I will look to Allah for His guidance each step of the way.

The pathway that lies before me, only Allah knows. I'll trust Him to unfold the moments, just as He unfolds the rose.

The Victory Prayer of Ottoman army at Gallipoli War...

GALLIPOLI: LAST ROAR OF THE WOUNDED LION
[Allies: England, France, Australia, New Zealand, British India, Canada, Ireland, Scotland]

The Gallipoli Campaign (Dardanelles Campaign or the Battle of Gallipoli) took place at the peninsula of Gallipoli in the Ottoman State (in modern day Turkey) between 25 April 1915 and 9 January 1916, during the First World War. A joint British and French operation was mounted to capture the Ottoman Capital of Istanbul and secure a sea route to Russia.

Dardanelles and Gallipoli witnessed a great Victory of the Ottoman History, against the Allies. It was on 18 March 1915 that Allies gave a start to massive naval offensive in Dardanelles against Ottoman fortifications and were defeated in the end of the day leaving heavy casualties behind..

The battle of the Dardanelles started off with the joint offensive of the British and the French in a bid to capture Istanbul and to give support to their ally Russia. The offensive expected to be crowned with victory in a very short time was pushed back by the Ottomans' unprecedented and unusual defence both at sea and on land. The British and French armies were defeated in the battles at the Strait of Dardanelles and in the Gallipoli peninsula and coerced to withdraw. This is considered an important breaking point in terms of both Ottoman and World history.

One of the characteristics of the battle was that it was the last example of the classic imperialist wars. Europe's imperialist nation-states which started burgeoning in the 19th century finally decided to occupy, partition and parcel out the Ottoman State among them. Another indication of the classic imperialist characteristic of this battle was that the British and French Armies were also composed of soldiers from their colonies. The coloniel troops from Australia, New Zealand, India, Nepal and Africa Countries were shipped to Çanakkale to fight the Ottomans. And as well as Soldiers from Russia, Canada, Greek Islands and the Zion Mule Corps (Jewish Troops) under the command of the British.

The most important aspect of the Battle of the Dardanelles is that it was the last battle won by Ottomans. This had a very favourable psychological effect on the Turkish and Muslim Nation, strengthening their belief that they still had the power to hold out against imperialism.

Çanakkale was the place where the army fought against a might multinational force supported by the strongest navy of the time and managed to stop the enemy and prevent them from invading the Turkish homeland. The size of the loss makes the importance of the campaign even bigger.

The Dardanelles failure has put an end to the British Empire's apogee. From then on Britain's influence in her dominions had gradually declined. Despondent Africa and India have revolted. A period of awakening had begun in the dominions with the sense of national identity. In 20-30 years time, the British Empire has came to an end. The British has sailed for the world sovereignty but the Dardanelles campaign has misled their route.

According to the Ottoman sources, the Allies' total casualties are 187.000 soldiers. The Ottoman causality is 57.084 soldiers in the land attacks and 179.000 soldiers in the naval attacks and totally 211.000 soldiers. The Allied Navy had failed to open the straits and to capture Istanbul; thus, the fear of losing Istanbul disappeared. Ottoman soldiers showed great courage in defending the Dardanelles and they became an example. Allahuakbar!!!

Maal Usrati...

Alhamdulillah, adik perempuanku telah berjaya melangsungkan majlis pertunangannya beberapa hari yang lalu. Aku berasa sangat gembira; walaupun setelah pemergian ayah (sejak 3 tahun yang lalu):

1) kami sekeluarga masih bersatu sebagai saudara yang rapat dan hubungan kami masih utuh

2) ibu masih boleh tersenyum tatkala ketiadaan ayah disisinya

3) kami seberadik sudah berjaya dengan kerjaya masing-masing (walaupun ibu dan ayah tidak berpendidikan tinggi)

4) ibu tidak lagi perlu bersusah payah mencari rezeki; dan kini giliran kami untuk membalas jasa ibu

5) kami tidak leka dengan ibadah-ibadah seperti solat, membaca al-Quran dan sebagainya

Alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah... Ya Allah, kekalkanlah kemesraan kami dan ampunilah serta kasihanilah ibu bapa kami sebagaimana mereka mengasihani kami sejak kami kecil...amin ya Rabbal alamin...

Alhamdulillah, thankful to God because by His blessings, the former Sheikh Ahmed Deedat's apprentice Dr Zakir Naik is coming to Malaysia. As we know, he is the popular icon of Islamic world: well-known of his capability to cut off of all dogmatism created by Islam's enemy; based on scientific research and fact from al-Quran.

The rivals are increasing in number:
Malaysia has been recognized as an Islamic country since its early establishment. The recognition has never reflected the whole holy practices of Islam in a modern civilization i.e. secularism has been rampant. These all problems has been revealed by the increment of social issues such as rapes, human trafficking , drug addiction, prostitution, etc. Obviously, its not governed by Islamic rules. Theoretically, Islamic law (Hudud) can be explained by the following simple scenario:
 -a robber has been caught by the police and have been sentenced Hudud i.e. cutting off the right hand in a public area. Hence, he got no more chance for stealing and this has frightened all the public. As a conclusion, the rate of robber has been reduced dramatically or maybe totally abolished from the country. Amazing, isn't it?

secret duty to resist...

Alhamdulillah, thankful to God because of His blessings we have reached the 2nd third Ramadhan...lets reflect what we have done before:

1) Have we recited al-Quran for each single day?
2) How many times of Qiyamullail have we performed?
3) Have we followed the sunnah of our beloved Rasulullah saw?...for instance chase for early break-fasting and late sahur...
4) How many charity have we done?...donation, etc..

Hmm...I'm still believed that this month is a training platform for us to resist our desire, clean our heart and reinforce our discipline...that is the secret duty to resist...

Reflection...

3) Pernahkah aku bertaubat pada hari ini? ...sedangkan Nabi SAW yang maksum pun bertaubat sebanyak 70 kali sehari...

4) Apakah kebaikan dunia menutupi kebaikan akhiratku?

5) Adakah aku telah sedekahkan al-Fatihah kepada kedua-dua ibu bapaku?

6) Adakah aku masih mengingati tafsiran dan terjemahan al-Fatihah?

.....ya Allah, ampunilah segala dosa-dosaku, dosa kedua ibu bapaku. Kasihanilah mereka sebagaimana mereka mengasihaniku sejak ku masih kecil. Tempatkanlah mereka ke dalam syurga bersama-sama dengan  para Rasul, anbiya' dan orang-orang yang beriman...amin ya Rabbal a'lamin...

ADOLF HITLER ( I )

Adolf Hitler is a well-known icon in the history of humanity. He has been accused by the Allies on the massacres of 20 millions Jewish people. Have we ever asked ourselves "where the information come from?". Perhaps we labelled him as an evil based on discoveries published by National Geographic, History Channel and Discovery Channel; mainly funded by Jewish organization. A note have been found in the Hitler's desk on the last day of The Reich. A quotation sounded like" I live some Jews so you all will know what they are going to do in the future".

Why does Hitler put such hatred on the Jew?
In the Mein Kampf (My Struggle) written by Hitler, he has mentioned the 3rd objective of 2nd World War is a pathological anti-semitic dogmatism. Jew people is the culprit of market crisis in Germany in the early 20th century. Aryanic people have been exploited and food prices and inflation was rampant. That is quite parallel to 1998 Malaysia economy crisis played by George Sorros (another Jew). German also have been defeated in World War 1 because so many unloyalty happened among Jew soldiers.

Well, I'm not going to say that I am pro-Nazi. But as a Muslim, I really hate what the Jew did. Palestine invasion for instance was really become an impending doom to all Muslim. Palestinian massacre funded by Israel, America and British have been totally forgotten by the United Nation (UN). Please be aware, all Jews! Islam have been strengthened one by one. Hamas lead by Ismail Haniyei (Palestine), Turkey by Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Egypt by Dr Mohamad Morsi; all derivatives from Ikhwanul Muslimin (Muslim Brotherhood). Malaysia and Indonesia will follow in few years time, insyaAllah...Allahuakbar!

1) Dirikan solat apabila mendengar azan, walau apapun jua keadaan pada waktu itu.

2) Bacalah al-Quran, atau pelajari tafsirnya atau dengarlah bacaan orang lain, atau zikirlah kepada Allah, Jangan engkau gunakan sebahagian ruang waktumu untuk hal-hal yang tidak berfaedah.

3) Bercakaplah dengan bahasa Arab yang fasih, kerana ia termasuk dalam syi'ar Islam.

4) Jangan banyak berdebat dalam apa jua hal. Pertengkaran tidak akan mendatangkan sebarang kebaikan.

5) Jangan banyak ketawa, kerana hati yang berhubung dengan Allah sentiasa tenang dan mantap.

6) Jangan suka berjenaka atau berolok-olok, kerana umat yang berjuang tidak mengenal yang lain selain kesungguhan.

7) Jangan engkau tinggikan suaramu melebihi keperluan pendengar. Ia menunjukkan kebodohan dan menyakitkan.

8) Jauhi menghina orang, mencela organisasi dan jangan berbicara kecuali perbicaraan yang baik.

9) Perkenalkan dirimu kepada orang yang engkau jumpai, walaupun ia tidak meminta daripadamu, sebab dasar dakwah kita adalah cinta dan saling kenal mengenal.

10) Kewajipan selalu lebih banyak daripada waktu yang tersedia. Oleh itu bantulah orang lain untuk memanfaatkan waktunya. Jika engkau mempunyai urusan, maka selesaikanlah dalam waktu sesingkat-singkatnya.
